• Drawings for design which can be used for budgeting of how much the building works would cost.

• These would show Proposed Plan, Proposed Elevations.

• This includes a site visit to check roof angles and wall measurements to ensure accuracy of the drawings.

• 3D illustrations.

 

Stage 2

 

   Drawings for Planning

 

• Drawings upgraded to a planning standard and to act as your agent during the planning application process.

• These would show Existing Plan, Proposed Plan and Existing Elevations, Proposed Elevation.

• Also includes location and block plans required for planning applications.

 

Stage 3

 

   Drawings for Building Regulations

 

• Drawings upgraded to Building Regulations standards to show how the build is to be constructed in compliance with Building Control Regulations.
